Orders placed with Kesar Roots can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the applicable return or exchange policy will apply.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us at kesarroots.official@gmail.com with their order number and cancellation request.

If the cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Orders placed using promotional offers, discounts, or other special purchase conditions may be subject to the applicable terms of that offer.
